Appointments

Please allow time for your treatment. We ask that you arrive 10/15 minutes before your treatment time as it is an important

aspect of relaxation and helping you fully enjoy your treatment ahead. It is also  a good recommendation to book at least 7days prior to get the day, time and if required therapist of your choice, and please allow more time for late evening appointments and weekends.

Atmosphere

To fully enjoy your treatment and for consideration for all our clients, please ensure: Your Mobile is switched off. Please phone if you are running late. We advise that our Salon environment is not preferably suitable for young children. Please notify any medical conditions to your therapist before the treatment commences.

Cancellation

We ask clients to ring to cancel any appointments they cannot keep at least 24hours ahead of time, we appreciate the call. Nicola’s Haven holds the right to ask for credit card or gift voucher numbers if regular cancellation by one person occurs.

Retail

All products used in our therapy treatments can also be purchased in our beauty reception. Any of our professional therapists will guide you through the products recommended and any of our ranges can make perfect pamper gifts with a gift voucher or purchased on their own.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers will be charged full price for special offers unless they are  purchased & used within the time frame of any specific offer.  The gift voucher number is required when booking your treatment & our 24 hour cancellation policy is also Valid for gift vouchers.
